Fell in love with steel when I acquired a Cherubim a few years ago. Have since added an Indy Fab Crown Jewel and, although I've dabbled in the odd carbon bike since, none of them have been keepers.

Anyway, I was chatting to Josh from Woods Bike Co at the local cafe and he mentioned he had a set of Columbus Cento tubes left in my size. It wasn't long before we were sharing notes on geo, the deposit was paid and components selected.

The local cafe can be a dangerous place :D

Your Cherubim is spectacular; cannot get any better.

Looking forward to this one.
What's the build you had in mind?

Thanks man, that frame is def a keeper.

The Woods will be built up with a Columbus futura fork, Dura Ace Di2, Enve 5.6 laced to DT180's, Deda Superleggero post and Zero100 shallow bars, S-Works SL stem, Berk saddle & matching tape, king cages. Very classic build.

The frame's been welded, I'll be able to see it tomorrow before it goes to the painter.

I have opted for non integrated cables as a) I want to run the Deda bars and b) ease of maintenance.

That being said, Woods have a really cool integrated option via custom Darimo bars and stem:

Handled the frame in person today- love the cento proportions, especially the BB. Painting will be done next week!

Great proportions. Curious what the frame only weight is with this tubeset.
