awesome work!

Are the white things on the frame filler? Would you say the quality of the frame is good or bad for such a expensive frame?

Waiting on my 01 Frameset which shoud arrive within the next few weeks :)

@forgottenOne, yes, this white filler on rear triangle. Btw frond and rear looks different, maybe produced in different places )
Front triangle has much more deffects under paint.
Carbon prodaction quality of this frame far away from perfect.
For example you can compare it with Trek product, example in this video
https://youtu.be/9GDAQpgvNH4
Trek is much more aqurate under skin :)

Bit i think few holes in carbon is not so important at full suspension bike like suspension design and geometry for example.
This is actually not a problem at all, just dont remove painting :D

well that a impressive difference between the Trek and BMC Frame. I don't know how much the filler weights but i guess that if BMC would produce their frames with the qualitiy of the Trek Frame, it would may be a bit ligther ;)

Will you do the links out of aluminum or carbon?

Paint stripping finished, all holes and other bugs curved and polished.
This is worstests frame in terms of carbon production quality. Never seen more ugly surface under paint %)

Yeah, that layup quality is terrible. Thats quite disappointing but not surprising.

What is the size of the lower headset bearing? The upper is a TH MR 170 1.5 45x45 regarding your picture. I'd like to switch mine (frame still not arrived) for a ceramicspeed. Will you go with the standard one in your project?

Ok, that's nice. You don't do half-measures, do you?!

Would you do me a favour and take the precise measurements on the bearings? I'll ask ceramicspeed if they have equivalent bearings. My frame hasn't arrived yet (postponed to end of may) so i can't do the measureements myself.
