Very original. Although not my style I do like it.
As Lenfaki said, much better than a lot of 10K off the shelf bikes. Always cool to see somthing different with personalty and originality.

Thanks! Part of the fun was designing the paint. And I love to build bikes up from scratch.

Hey Lance,

Lovely build, congrats!

Would it be possible to share a link to the correct direct mount hanger you have used, and can you let me know if it fit straight away without any mods, or did you still have to tweak it a bit?

Thanks,

Olie

It's from Ali Express. I'll look for the link. It's a Cube hanger.

Here's the thread on it actually. It has the links for the parts and a quick explanation of the mod I had to do. Took about 5 to 10 miutes. It's been great since, no issues. Let me know if you have any questions.

Threw an Ulterga 11sp Di2 groupset with sprint shifters on the bike after upgrading to 12sp for the Tarmac. I still need to bleed the brakes and weigh it but it's looking good.

I see you changed from the west biking saddle. Why is that? Was it not good? I consider getting one but they are now super expensive almost 250$

Couldn't get the right position with it. The saddle itself felt pretty good, but I had to slam it all the way forward and it was still a good centimeter behind where my Power saddle was for positioning. I had the same problem with a Romin Mirror. The wide part is further rearward and I need a zero setback seatpost which isn't possible on the 168 frame.

Maybe you wanna sell it? I might be interested in getting one.

Nice one! How does the Kocevlo handlebar stack against The One regarding stiffness, comfort and profile? Have you noticed any difference?
