Bought this as a winter bike as it was fairly cheap in the January sale, plan is to use it for fast commuting in Spring/Summer/Autumn.

Aiming for around 7.3Kg's, but this will likely be a slow burner in regards to upgrades

It's sparkly!

Other changes:
Stock Syncros RP2.0 Disc wheels > spare Hunt 50's Aero I had lying around
Stock Schwalbe ONE Race-Guard > Conti 5000 28's
Steel seatpost bolt > Ti bolt
Standard seat clamp > 7x9 seat clamp
Shimano PF > Sram GXP PF BB
Shimano CN-HG601 chain > CN-M9100 12 Speed chain

Lots more to come, including more changes and nicer pics!

Finally finished this, I accidently slipped on the buy button on a few websites and have made it a slightly posher commuting bike!

Weight came out as 6.92Kg

Did the first shakedown ride yesterday, it is amazing, cornering is really really good, it's a supple ride, good power transfer and accelerates quickly uphills.

A few pics.

I think the car has a very great appearance. Particularly with regard to the sparkle.

nice colour and great weight considering it is ultegra and the wheelset is not particularly light.

Exactly my thoughts too, im on the same frame with super record eps, hunt carbon spoked versions of these wheels and im at 7.1kg having probably spent double the money FFS!! great build and mechanical clearly still has its benefits

Can you tell me what I need to look for to replace the seat clamp bolt with a titanium one.
I agree the stock ritchey one is very heavy. Looking to do the same on my addict but not sure how to find it.

Thanks!

For the seatpost top section (that clamps the saddle to the post)?
It's M6 x 55mm
