Am I weird? From disc to rimbrake..and now tubulars

I also rather rim; I even have one for CX/gravel (with Paul Components mini moto).
I also like tubulars (including the CX/gravel).

C40s are probably my preferred tubular wheelset; stiff and strong (haven't had to true them in two years); excellent braking. At 1.4 kg, perhaps a bit heavy?

On a BMC CX01 I also use tubulars. For a disc brake bike I dont think I would use tubulars any more if I were building the bike know - disc rims have become very light, multiple and great tubeless options and heating is not a problem.

So not weird at all; your are learning what you like and are enjoying.
