Long time follower, about time I got my ride posted.

Purchased my S Works Venge (2014) from Cycle Exchange in November of 2021. Was riding a 1st Gen Spesh venge already but while I loved the bike, it was a little too big for me (56) so snapped up the opportunity to pick up an S works in a 54 and IMO in the best colourway too.

S works when i purchased it:

Came with older ultegra, enve bars and stem and Rotor power2max cranks but was keen to get my Ultegra R8050 swapped onto the frameset, along with my Aerofly 2 bars and Venge stem.

and summer wheels on

Always wanted to make the venge stem work with the earlier venge headset cap, so i had previously had a custom set of headset spacers made by Raceware.

Definitely an improvement but still not entirely happy, so got in contact with another 3d printer (MagCAD) who had the ability to 3D scan the original headset cap and create a cleaner look.
Didn't take long for Andy to work up a new design, print and get them to me - would recommend Andy for any 3d print jobs:

Very happy with how this is looking now - just need to get more flexible so i can remove some of those spacers. Even saved a few grams

Most recent ugprade is the crankset to a Quarq Dzero and new rubber by way of Schwalbe Pro One's

 Thanks! They look worse in the image i shared as the colour was more blue than black, so i'd wrapped them in black tape - And it was also an attempt to try smooth the gap between the flat spacer and curved shape of headset spacer.
Much happier with the current setup!
