Always been a roadie, doing an XC series this year and also a solo 24hr. Needed a bike and we had this in my size. Been upgrading it for a while but still have some big spending to do. Some things could be lighter but I've gone for usefulness rather than full on weight weenie.

Cube reaction c:62 race frame
Fox 32 stepcast forks
MT zoom handlebars
Enve stem/wahoo mount
Absoluteblack top cap
Roval Control SL wheels
Schwalbe tyre racing ray/ralph setup tubeless
Deore cassette (XTR on order)
Xtr chain
Deore crank (need the decide my crank)
Xt brakes (will do for now)
Xt rear mech
Deore shifter (xtr on order)
Roval terra seatpost (quite heavy but comfortable)
Specialized carbon Toupe (want berk but worried I'll snap it)
Time pedals

Any advice on parts would be good!

The only thing I'd change is to an XT crank and Sigeyi PM.

Turned out my Toupe was undersized at 8.3mm. Got a credit from Specialized so ordered myself an Sworks power arc 155 saving another 20g
