Here are a few first pictures of a custom painted Specialized S-Works Venge frame I had done recently by the artist Ornamental Conifer. I will add some addtional details on our design process/inspiration soon and hope to get it built up in the coming months as well.

Saw this on his IG page and it's amazing! It reminds me of 80s rock and earlier WWF days!

Whaaaaaa?!?! Ok, that's nice. I have never seen anything quite like that (except on Lisa Gurr in highschool - leopardskin tights, baby blue leotard and pink legwarmers).

Still trying to decice. Most lilely the new Di2 if I can ever source it, and was thinking some Princeton Carbon Wake or Mach wheels.

Great to see something so different. Interesting to hear what was the inspiration for this paintjob, already googled OC and what he does.

Love his work for the way he seems to effortlessly combine highly precise and detailed imagery with some loose, hand-made accents (the splatters, oversprays). Seeing it in a sport as uptight as the F1 is so refreshing, and seeing it on a bike frame that people can actually afford is even better! haha

Can't wait to see how this ends up, I imagine it must be difficult to pick the components, too plain can make you feel like you're missing an opportunity to go a little crazy on a frame like this, but too much graphic can look gaudy or take away from the frame.
