I did have a strong emotional reaction looking at that amazing frame finish  Bike will turn heads of even the non-cyclists.

Is the build done? Looking forward to the ride report between the C64 and V3RS.
Waiting for my V3RS. Shop said they have C64 in stock. Difficult decision.

Its nice to see a paint job like that. So many matte bikes these days.

Finally got around to weighing the V3Rs. It is 7.43 kg (16.38 lbs) according to my Feedback Sports scale.

I guess this could have been prevented by not riding my bike Image. Although the paint does seem a bit more fragile than other frames I have owned.

Riding buddies of mine have owned past Colnagos have said that the paint is so thick that it becomes briddle and chips easily. I dont know if that is still the case or not wouldnt surprise me. Both my V2R have very few chips and I am not that delicate with my bikes.

Why a 44 cm handlebar in a 50s size? Just curious

Deda measures outside-to-outside. So a Deda 44 cm is similar to a 42 cm center-to-center handlebar, which is how most other brands measure.

Handlebar width is independent of frame size. I use the handlebar size that maximizes comfort for my fit. Cyclists with wider shoulders generally use wider bars, unless you wish to sacrifice comfort for aero.

Thanks. I am about to order a Deda Superzero and did not know the way they measure.

Before and after. I am very pleased with the paint repair. Can’t tell it was ever touched up.

@MarcFaFo, the paint repair was done by a carbon repair & custom paint company located in the US. Currently, the bike is being reassembled at my LBS.
