Have your EXS parts turned up? Interested to see what you think of them (particularly the stem)

Been very impressed with the bars got no issues at all with them and I'm surprised as was my local mechanic at how stiff they are for 145gs .
Stem I havent used as I stuck with the basso stem anything in particular your interested in?

So little update pic with the boras on and full carbon berk lupina .. Obviously levers are clicked open Image as the wtos are c19 unlike the c17 shamal ultras. Oh also steerer has been cut since previous pics and running the basso alloy stem paired with the EXS 145 gram bar which im super happy with. Really suprised how stiff it is considering the weight

Image.

The lucendi seatpost is holding up perfectly super happy with this Image

Just need to mount the ee g4s new jagwire elite link cables, alpitude computer mount and alpitude bottle cage, speedplay pwr pedals dulight ti plates,

Still cant decide on tyres tho corsas just dont for me work on london/surrey roads unfortunately just pick up to much rubbish etc. Thinking corsa nexts but ideally want a tan sidewall ImageImage.. The nexts apparently will come out with this next summer but until then ImageImage

Very handsome machine Mr Currie. Nice proportions with the deep wheels and particularly impressed by the top tube - stem - bar top - hood transition. Tan walls do look good so I can see your dilemma, I think there are 5000 tr tan walls available in the uk now.

Love it man. Thanks for answering so many questions when I bought my frame this year. This frame went together so smoothly. Image

Beautiful machine! Frame shape and proportions; stem, seat post, saddle, all looks gorgeous.

Being a fan of tan sidewalks, I think black look really nice on this one - the frame has its own colors.

I actually just got a Palta - quite impressed with the quality and details in the frame (less so with the 300 gram stem !)

I ran an Enve aero stem for a while. Nice stem but barely lighter than the Basso one! so went back to the Basso. The return to the Basso stem happened after looking at your bike again and seeing how smooth it is. I really wish they made a lighter one but I also wish more manufacturers made useful front end designs like the Basso.
All in all, the Basso is a keeper.
