Almost done. Lacking one Di2 electric wire 650mm, couldn't get at this time.

Finally done! Very happy with the weight and without any exotic parts. Just a solid build.

Veeeeery nice. Considering pzero velo with tubolito, darimo stem+handlebar, darimo seatpost and alpitude saddle you go easily around 5,800 grams...anyway...it's a beauty

I still think the price is bizarre for a frame made in Taiwan.
The standard size Argonaut is 6000USD and all metal parts are now made out of titanium. It's not as light, but the price is creeping closer between the two.
However, i don't say this to say it's a blah blah bike. I'm not that stupid. It's mostly the fact that it's too many of them.
I don't care much for Specializeds marketing. The nail in the coffin was their steady crap of Aero is everything, after that Aethos appear.
You can for sure be aware of a new bike as UCI has changed the rules. We'll see how soon something that picks up after Venge.
I won't say more than, i will never buy a Specialized.
There's no forever in bikes, I intend to change every 2 years, can't wait for the s-works sl8, a sl7 with aethos tech.
As far Specialized as a brand. I used to like them very much. But recently, I bought Trek Emonda SLR 7 after riding SL 5 for a month.
I got hooked. They're actually a nice bike to ride. Honestly, I don't think much about the brand. Ride whatever that makes you happy.
Everyone is doing marketing of their product. It will be stupid not to do it.
Why Argonaut is not doing heavy marketing? That's because they're very small business.
Anyway, you have a very nice Aethos and S-Works SL7

Aethos uses standard things all over the place (except the front caliper adaptar that basically no one ever replaces).
