I just got a used Campy EPS v3 groupset, the previous owner hasn't ridden it for the last 18 months and was told by LBS that the battery needs replacing as it won't start up.
Connected everything up on my table and it was charging for a couple of minutes but now the orange light is flashing. Does anyone know if there is anything else I can try before getting a new battery?
DTI is completely off with no lights.

Did you find a solution to this? I I am in the same situation with an inactive power unit (18months without charging) eps group, that has no lights in DTI - and no orange battery charge indicator.
