Hi Weenies,

Not so long ago I posted my Canyon Endurance at 6.8kg’s. Now with the new addition to fleet, feeling that I still need a fast bike for the group rides and maybe a race here and there.

Here I present you all my new adquisition. A 2019 S-Works Venge frameset bare bones. By barebones I mean frame and fork completely naked without any small parts. It’s been a Journey so far ordering all the small parts.

Bike will be built with Dura Ace Di2, Pioneer Dual-sided and Hunt 5444 Aerodynamicist wheelset.

Parts have started to shop up.

I’m the meantime please find below pics of the frame and fork and it’s respective weights on a scale.

56cm Frame. 965 grams

Fork. 376 grams

Not being a dick, but it's not really "bare bones".

Frame has derailleur hanger, BB retaining split rings and bottle cage bolts.

Fork has expander in it.

So weights aren't true.

Decent weights though even with all the bits still on them. What size is it?

You are right. Will weight the hanger and the split rings to get the real frame weight. Frame is a 56cm.

Fork is being used with the expander and already assembled the bike like 80%.

Getting there! already routed all the Di2 cables, hydraulic lines, installed bottom bracket and crankset.

Seatpost, saddle, connect the hydraulic lines and bar tape is what’s missing. Can’t wait to ride it!

Looking good.

Those expanders weigh 28g according to my kitchen scales - just to answer the above poster.
