This is a very rare Cannondale SuperSix Evo Hi-mod Nano Black Inc. from 2013 in size 54cm (gosh that's a long name). It took me two years to finally find one in the correct size. The original seller wanted to keep it for him, though at the same time considering to sell it to me. After several months trying to convince him, he finally sold it to a friend of his. I insisted to get his contact, and fortunately he lives nearby my place and has a passion for his numerous SuperSix'es, among others. Wasn't a cheap deal for sure, but here it is.
It is more of a long term project as I am already working on another SuperSix, but this one is meant to become a hill climb specialist, maybe sub 4kg, who knows...

It is possible but you will need to pull out all the resources to get this under 4kg

that's a testament to determination right there. Glad to hear you got the frame, and looking forward to the build! Sub-4kg is what this needs, as well as a massive cash infusion to get it there :)

The crankset is heavy compared to clavicula se so you will need to save a lot everywhere else.

Haha you are totally right mike. Therefore I am not planning to use the sisl2 crankset from the picture. Thm is the (only) way to go I believe...

My friend's size 48.

678g is crazy light! Even though it is also a very tiny frame in 48cm...

Finally managed to extract the bearings from the frame... Previous owner most likely had a creaking issue with the BB30, as the bearings were glued to the BB sleeve using red loctite. The BBT-90 extraction tool was not enough to get the job done, nor the rubber mallet which absorbs too much energy. So I gave it a chance with the heatgun on the bearings for a few seconds to break the bond, and then it all went out smoothly using BBT-30 tool 8)
Frame weight is 775g (nowhere near the 655g claimed by the manufacturer's marketing department, but it was probably without paint and/or a smaller size). It is still 126g lighter than my 2015 Himod frame same size, which has a heavier paint job. And no nanocarbon technology

Rather than the fancy nanocarbon technology and a lighter paintjob, I think most of the weight difference between a normal Himod and the Nano comes from the Bottom Bracket sleeve: one is a big chunk of metal, the other is a very thin aluminum sleeve with big holes in it.

Do you see any reason why not? 4ibanez installed one on the same frame I believe.

Brutal! I love your build thread  Is your AX vial is a size S? The only details on weight I could find are: "Weight without accessories (+/- 5%): S - 680g, M - 730g, L - 760g, XL - 785g."
