Maybe just tjr camera angle but the bars looks like they should be rotated around a fair bit for comfort in different areas of tjr bars hoods and drops.ImageImage

+1, I find that putting the flat part of the hoods (where your hands sit) parallel with the stem is quite a good rule of thumb. Looks much better and in most cases is more comfortable.

took her on her 1st ride yesterday, bike feel very stiff but comfortable feels solid even ordred a 90mm stem from the current 120mm, I'm contemplating on getting an electronic groupset but I have alot homework before making my decision. Too many people in the park today couldnt take a proper picture.

I'd really look at that saddle and bar set up before buying new stems etc.

Saddle is pointing really far down which will put more weight sliding forwards onto ur wrists.
The bars need to be rotated quite far around as well.
Loosen the stem bolts and just slide them round Image

You can reduce the reach by a crazy amount if you rotate the bars down, or get different bars with a shorter reach

A simple trick for aligning bars is putting a level on the end of the bars.
