Bike is beautiful. Would be perfect if you could get the Bora paint to match the blue color on the frame.

@dgasmd. Definitely not as light as your 6.29kg Sofia. My goal was to keep it at the UCI (and USAC) weight limit without using a bunch of exotic parts. I’ve never seen USAC weigh a bike after a race, but just to be sure.......But then again, we may not even be racing this summer

Wasn’t even referring to it as a comparison to mine, but ok.

There are certainly a lot of “very reliable and practical for daily use” parts out today that weren’t available 10 years ago. Hence why “drillium”has pretty much disappeared!

Your wheelset is fine as it is.

I was kidding about getting a used set of Blue Label Bora Ultras from team Movistar. But I did get a set of Campagnolo Bora WTO 33 Dark Label wheels to use for training. I am running them as clinchers (with tubes) for now (pictured below). Vittoria Corsa G2.0 25mm. This added 0.3kg to the weight of the bicycle. I will eventually run these tubeless once I do a little more research. I always get the Bora (One, Ultra, or WTO) in Dark Label (neutral color) so I can rotate them between my various bikes with only a cassette change.

Awesome build fogman, and well proportioned.
3 comments.
1) I have a c60 in the same size - I see that Colnago have repositioned the bottle cage mounts on the seattube to be slightly higher so the seattube cage is more level with the downtube cage - that is more aethetically pleasing to me.
2) the black post is a nicer look, rather than the colour matching the lugs. More balanced in matching the stem.
3) Are you using the higher headtube cap?
