Just sandpaper - I don't trust myself with a knife, i'd be left with bloody fingers and a cut up frame :mrgreen:

Ouch. I've used Carbolift (worst results), sanding and knife scraping and found the fastest was scraping followed by a quick sand with 600/800 grit. Took around 7-8 hours to do my Supersix.

Another 3 hours done today, my fingers got too cold in the end to do anymore :mrgreen:

Focused on the ends of the chainstays, bottom bracket and made a start on the seattube.
