My TIME Alpe d' Huez

Does anyone know what the maximum extension of this Time seatpost is?
I'm between sizes and am concerned the seastpost might be quite short.

Well no over torqued because in the frame instructions say it's 6nm and I have a 5nm tool , so I guess is a factory defect
I don't want glue in my frame

Glue will not hold either, not the typical super glue anyway!
Interested to read if you get a Time repair on this or a DIY from you or a bike shop.

That clamp design is just bizarre, entirely reliant on the shear strength of the resin bond to make it work. The disc frames don't have it.
