Just recently finished my build. Parts have been collected from long time. Frame is 910 (not the lightest with1250g for XL size). Custom wheelset from R2-bike, full XTR equipped and Garbaruk cassette. Many parts are sourced from here. Only downside is 11 speed and the frame is non-boost rare axle. Weight is 8.5kg and brings lots of joy to ride! Its a budget-friendly project costing around 2000 eur.

Not bad for the price. I've built a 8.4kg one (with dropper, 12S AXS and power meter) and it cost 7 times this one.
You win :D
