I've been playing around with lots of different versions of Di2 shifters as i don't get along with the stock XT version and have settled on this latest iteration. all parts are 3D printed in nylon 12 SLS material, and include a junction A mount, RH shifter body and button, LH shifter body and Button that also incorporates the dropper post remote mount. These are bolted to Formula R1 brake levers using the MixMaster bolt and brake lever clamp. The Di2 electronics is the module from an SW-R600 road climbing shifter or Alfine flat bar shifter.
A flick of the thumb is all thats needed to shift, and other than the thumb, the hand doesn't need to be moved to activate the dropper remote or fork lockout levers, and since this is weightweenies thought i'd better add some weight info,

Di2 junction 'A' holder is 6.0g with the mounting tape on it,

RH shifter with a steel M5 mounting bolt & its wire is 10g,
LH shifter with a steel M5 mounting bolt & its wire, and metal threaded insert to bolt the dropper remote to is 16g.
The gutted SW-R600 is 5g,
So the shifter setup complete is 31grams not including the dropper remote lever itself or the junction A mount.
A stock XT di2 shifter is 92grams. So the new setup is 1/3rd of the weight.

Very cool - love it!

I may have overlooked it, but... where are the SW-R600 electronics? :)

Dig it! Its wild that we're all left wanting so much from Shimano in terms of Di2 on the dirt(mtb and gravel)... Great job problem solving for their short comings!

its hidden on the underside section of stem section of the bars, Then the wires are soldered onto the switch pads inside the module, and i use flat wire. This runs on the underside of the bar to the shifters under some CF effect vinyl wrap that blends in with bars carbon weave. So the wires are pretty much invisible.
