Does anyone know if you can still buy aftermarket ti axles for Bebop / VP One pedals?

They appear to be the lightest mountainbike pedals with the ti upgrade, but I can't seem to find a place that still sells them.

You want Bebop VP One titanium pedals?

There looks to be a pair for sale in Romania: 🇷🇴 good price too

(I should start charging commission for this service, like that Japan Camera Hunter dude)

EDIT: although not have titanium nitride gold coating, so maybe not actually Ti ones he has for sale? :?

I'm still rocking Bebop ti pedals on my gravel bike. I'm down to a single spare cleat. I need some well funded eccentric to start reproducing them with an improved cleat design!

oh, and fatpinarellorider, the oem ti bebops didn't have golden axles. I know because I own a set. I seem to recall you could buy aftermarket golden ones for a period in the 00's.

That is indeed a great price. But judging by the pictures these are the stainless ones. Even so, good price. May need to consider putting in an offer.

Are you sure about that? MTBR has a review site on these pedals that appears to show a stock picture with gold axles.

I am sure there were aftermarket ones. I was hoping someone would have any leads on them.

I doubt these are ti, but very intersted in these nonetheless. Contacted the seller, but unfortunately he isn't willing to ship outside the country. Would you by any chance happen to be able to help out? Wouldn't mind paying a fee for your help.

Ebay Kleinanzeigen never fails to deliver. Found a set of NOS ti axles for my pedals. All I need to figure out now is how to switch the axles.

Yeah. I'm sure that in the 1990s I personally purchased a set of oem Bebop titanium pedals and they're still sitting on my bike. If that is still unclear to you then I can't help you.
