The MRP chainguide comes with every epic. Also with mine. So it's stock :). so far i've never had problems with or without the chainguide on my epic.

It seems I may have missed out. My Epic didn't comed with one. :noidea: Thanks for the heads up though!

I’m trying to lose some weight on my Epic 8. Has anybody been able to order or swap out the fork linkage to the S-Works carbon one? The manual lists a different part number but I haven’t seen it online. Curious if you could get a shop to special order it.

I noticed yesterday that Specialized updated their website and have new Epic World Cups (Pro and Expert) without the brain in the SID SL fork. It now a remote lockout setup which is 200 grams lighter. Are they completely moving away from the brain technology?
