SRM x-Pedal readings

so... i need a little help

i've got some of these paired to a garmin 530, but i can't seem to get them working reliably.

it either reads only one side, so my power output is wrong, ot doesn't read at all.

is there anything special that i need to do to make them work?

yes, i checked all the batteries and have the latest firmware.

use ant+ not bluetooth to pair the pedals with the head unit
you'll see only the right pedal (= master, the left one connects to the master)
