With the lever In the fully locked position, it releases too easily. Anyone knows how to fix this? What adjustments should be done?

Cable(s) too tight? Reaching the end of the fork or shocks cable pulley rotation before the lever has a chance to fully engage. See if you can turn in one or both of the barrel adjusters on the lever.

The barrel adjusters are fully tight but it's still dificult to lock the suspensions. I need to check the cables at the fork and shock maybe they are too tight.
Thanks for the idea.

Looks like this is just a bad design in the piece that locks the pin in each position inside the Twinloc.
This piece is a plate with grooves where the pin slides and sits in 3 positions, first position for unlocked, second position for traction where the groove has a small platform to sit the pin, but in the fully locked position the platform in the groove is noticeable smaller for the pin to rest in there securely, that's why it jumps out of there easily. Wtf?! Why did Scott did this?
Anyone else notice this issue? Or maybe this is a detective item?
