I'm committed to keeping the frame but nothing else is tied down. Looking for ideas to loss weight but also make the bike even more "pure XC".
Current Setup:
Canyon Lux Frameset Large
Fox performance elite suspension (110mm fox 34 ,210x55mm float DPS) , rockshox dual remote- Stock
640mm shimano pro carbon bar, EC70 inline post, fabric tri flat saddle. uno -17 stem , crash protection cover removed (it didn't work lol)
XTR M9100 shifter and derailluer, M8100 chain cassette brakes pedals crank (165mm 34t)
DT Swiss M1700 wheelset Ikon 2.4 / rocket ron 2.25 (with tannus insert)
Currently 11.72kg a bit dirty

Some of my ideas:
lighter tires and lighter insert - I can't imagine riding without a rear insert now but something like the tubolight would save 100g
100mm fork - step down to a 32mm chasis and steepen up the HTa from 69.5 to 70
50mm stroke rear shock - not sure this is how it works but i think this would allow me to drop from 100mm to ~90mm of rear travel
different lockout options - i would love to have a 3 pos remote or possibly even a sid brain in the front. I think DT swiss is the only 3 pos rear i can find
lighter wheels - M1700s are nice but just a bit porky. 25mm internal is fine , maybe something carbon
completely flat handlebar - i know most people like back sweep but when running so narrow i find my hands want to rest closer to flat
lighter brakes - not high on the list but i like the magura offerings
Sram Drivetrain - not high on the list but i think their offerings can save a decent amount of weight and ditch the HG+ ecosystem
pedals- xpedo right?
grips- esi once i am settled on my cockpit and don't have to cut them off lol
