Slightly off topic but what's the lightest 140mm fork at the moment? Fox 34?

MTBR thread has a bunch of people experiencing bushing play. Has anyone here had the same issue?
I'm hoping to get mine after 3 months of waiting some time next week but unsure if I should install it or not. Any long term opinions on sc34 vs sid ultimate? 100g+ of savings is obviously a huge factor for the sid. I haven't really been able to dial in the sc34 even after 2 months of useage, it always feels off.

2.5 years on a 34SC with no issues. did 20hrs a week minimum from may until end of september. never had any bushing issues. I had a white bros sc78ul fork in the late 90s that always had loose bushings despite multiple services, drove me insane.
They were called Hope Pro Light, my ones came in 79.7g and 79.5 ,weight variation geographical location depend
BTW, fantastic rotors.

Just bought myself a SID ultimate SL from Starbike. Got it with the twistloc (but will be using my trigger lock because I like my grips). unpacked and put on the scale. I found out mine weighs "considerably" more than posted before here. Without axle and starnut mine weighs 1306g instead of 1283g. I know, I know, it's only 23g but this is weightweenies after all Going to install today and cut steerer to see how much the final weight is. And difference between my 2018 RLC SID.
hi all,
I've got an Epic HT 2021 that comes with Sid Sl brain (non ultimate).
Coming from sid brain wc 2016 and after that Sid 2018 charger, this brain is driving me nuts. It has 1 cm travel before it locks according to Speci to avoid the 'click feeling' of letting the suspension travel go. I want a real lock out!
So i went to a suspension tuner, and he cannot get rid of that 1cm of travel...
I have 3 options now, and would like to hear your opinions.
option 1: take out brain and put in a regular Charger damper with the trigger lock @ +- 250€
option 2: take out brain and put in Charger race day damper with trigger lock wich will save a 90 grams over option 1 (but seems to need a service every 2 months as i ride +- 18 000 km's a year @) +- 350€
option 3: try to sell my complete brain fork and buy a new Sid, but as it seems, there is very few stock and then again ultimate over select? and i wonder: will there be a market for a fork that has ridden only a few weeks with 2000km's on in? and if so, at what price can i try to sell it?
If i take option 1 or 2, you think there will be a market for u used brain?
Thx 4 our input!

Thx 4 your reply @tonytourist!
Did you take out your brain and set it up as ‘the bike mechanic’ explains?
If so, is it now fully locked? No more bopping when you stand on your pedals?

Most company are updating their bike to use the 42/44mm offset now instead of the older 51mm so I don't think Rockshox or Fox will start making 52+mm offset fork. The cheaper F-SI use a Fox 32 with 51mm offset. The Sid is also available in 51mm offset that could be an option for a F-SI.
