Cannot use with a dropper post as the post requires a continuous signal. Blips do not send this

That's interesting on only needing the controller for pairing! SRAM's docs don't make that clear at all.

If anyone has the wireless Blips it would be interesting to see how you find the ergonomics as a MTB shifter replacement.

I have them with the leap holders. They are good. I like the fact its on either side and its harder to miss shift.

They do mean you havecto modify grips or run the brakes slightly wider.

I've been investigating AXS blips (with an XPLR RD) for a flat bar gravel bike. Looks like a great solution.

Aside from the Leap components, there's also a number of 3d printable files - some of which have been done by SRAM.

Found an interesting paragraph in this Reverb AXS XPLR review: https://www.bikeradar.com/reviews/compo ... st-review/
"If you want to customise the setup, you can add one of SRAM’s Blip buttons to enable you to actuate the post from anywhere on your bar. SRAM’s latest wireless Blips aren’t currently compatible with the Reverb (so you’ll need the wired version), but SRAM assures us that a firmware update is on the way, so they soon will be."

I'll monitor the FW updates on this. ;) https://axs.sram.com/releasenotes/96 (droppers: https://axs.sram.com/releasenotes/132 )

^ They teased that since the wireless Blips came out but I don't think it has been easy to solve

Has anyone tried the GX mech with any of the smaller cassette options? 11-30 or 11-34 would be ideal for my road wheels with the 11-50 NX cassette on my gravel setup

Installed the AXS Blips with Leap Components' mounts. The cockpit is super clean now, fits perfectly between the grips and the brake clamps. 24 grams only with the blips, so it's crazy light. The derailleur actuation is super fast, I can't see any difference between the original AXS shifter and the AXS Blips.

Didn't have to adjust the brakes, both mounts fit perfectly. ;)
