What about carbon spokes in XC wheels? https://www.eiecarbon.com/goods/index/ACCESSORIES

Any opinion?

So for carbon wheels, looking at Lightbicycle, nextie and Duke. I want 30 internal, seems to be the modern standard with 1400-1500gr for DT240 hubs. Whats the way to go and whats to avoid? Duke seems nice but also adds quite a bit of cost.
Similar requirements here and ended up buying BTLOS. I now have 3 wheelsets from them with the same rims in different layups. I got WM-i30AS with 240exp. Ultralight for my wife's xc bike, trail layup on my xc bike and enduro front, dh rear layup for my trail bike.
Very happy with all of these.

I never weighed them unfortunately, but the ultralights for the wife were impressively light.
I checked most of the well known Chinese brands and decided that these were the best choice for 30mm internal, and low profile (hopefully not quite as stiff as some of the early Chinese carbon rims)

I'll add to the BTLOS compliments. I built two pair last year using 30mm front & 27mm rear version of their shallow Asym rims. Their 'unfinished' version (or whatever they call it, without gloss or matte) is perfect and saves a bit of weight - also speaks to how dialed their process is that rims come out of the mold looking essentially perfect.

Weights for mine (non-UL) were 350'ish for the 27mm and 385'ish for the 30mm. I'd asked them to select lighter rims from each batch, which they indicated they were happy to do.

The wheels have been ridden a lot over the last year, including some pilot error moments, and they've been great. Stiffness, ride-quality and strength all get top marks.

If I were building again today, only the weight savings of Duke rims might tempt me away from another BTLOS build.

Finally, Lightbicycle have light xc wheels with 30mm internal.
270g per rim with 30mm inernal might be the new benchmark for others to compete with.
