New Highball owner here:
Picked up a 2020 CC and even with low budget NX build it weighs 24 pounds with pedals..
I will slowly converting this to a fullWW build for XC/ Gravel races.. Ill start a new thread as well on that build
Next will be wheels and a Eagle AXS conversion

Next changes will be wider tires, and then a taller headset upper cover, to remove the 10mm spacer, and leave just the 5mm one, without cutting th efork. This headset is IS 41, as far as I know. Cane creek makes it in aluminium 15mm tall, but also in carbon in 15mm, for IS42... I wonder if I can purchase that carbon one IS42, then change the internal ring, use it with existing bearing, and call it a day... what do you guys think:

I see... thank you. new frame also has different, newer, more refined cable entries to the frame.
