I'm thinking about getting myself a pair of XTR-cranks (not the new one) but wants to avoid using shimano rings. So far I found that the solution to my answer is bying a Specilites TA spider which allows me to use "normal" rings. Do anyone have another solution? Please help me :-)

I have a spider that I would sell, if anyone is interested. Feel free to email me at ljklassen(at)mts(dot)net - replace words in parentheses with symbols, of course - and I will trade it or sell it. Thanks.
