Re: Bikes hanging in garage

This is mine. I also now have one more hung on the wall behind my screens (from the ceiling) and one on the brick pillar using a hornit clug mount. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20240320/6aa7822a36de5dbc3a2b11d689aaa9f6.jpg Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk What mounts that are supporting the ...

Re: 3-bolt internal plate for Shimano road shoes

Hello, Does anyone know where I can find a 3-bolt internal plate for an RC 902? I stripped a hole on my Shimano shoes. Any advice? Not sure where to tell you to look for this, but what you need is a Shimano ESMSHRC902MCNL01000 Cleat Nut Set . In the US => Shimano SH-RC902/RC902T/RC702 Cleat Nut Set

Sold

We took advantage of the release of the Tacx Neo 3 to replace or original Tacx Neo SmartTrainers while the Neo 2 was on sale for more than half off. These were great, but lightly used trainers that weigh in at a hefty 48lbs (21kg). These trainers can connect via ANT+ FE-C as well as Bluetooth Smart ...

Re: GCN+ to close

I'll never understand why those services but so much efforts into Geoblock... What entices them to do so, they're just losing customers to it. GCN+ gave 0 *f##k* about it, any server I'd connect to what enough to bypass Geoblocking.. I suspect this has to do with things like the penalties associate...

Re: 2024 Pro thread

1) Mercedes' DAS system was approved for use for one season by the FIA. Was deemed outside the spirit of the rulebook but didn't inherently break the rules. Lets not forget: • F1's 'Party mode' ban • Clampdown on flexi-wings • FIA FORMALLY OUTLAWS MERCEDES SLOT-GAP SEPARATOR TRICK • Mercedes and As...

Re: New powermeter rumours

Looks like there is a new Favero road pedal coming, at least if we can trust DC Rainmakers comparison photo that he used during the Look Blade Power hands-on video. The Favero looks great without the pod. Isn't that simply a non-powermeter pedal? Also you appear to have overlooked the diclaimer DCR...

Re: GCN+ to close

I just bought a month of flobikes, but can't get it to work on any of the expressVPN servers in the USA or Canada, anyone found a way to bypass the geoblocking ? I am really hoping that at some point, services like Max and Discovery force Flo Sports out of the cycling segment. As for your question ...

Re: Hiiden brake hose..........by Ritxis

Yes, yes, when I do the final assembly I will take into account possible points of friction generally when passing the hoses I would be concerned that the hole in the steerer tube in your images is too large. When I had a Scott Solace and now with my Colnago C64, the hole is molded into the fork an...

Re: Superlight Nextie 'wave' rims

I don't think asymmetric is desirable on road wheels, and when I asked EIE about other rims in the past they confirmed that the weight limit was lower for UL versions. While I have not put the wheels in the wind tunnel and certainly not an apples-to-apples comparison to the EIE rims, but desite the...

Brilliant, but I might suggest you consider alloy spacers and polish the cutout to avoid abrading the cable run.

Re: Seka Exceed RDC

Question for those of you who own or who have built up one of these framesets. I just purchased one for my wife and when I went to begin the build I was shocked to see that there is virtually zero interference when inserting the seatpost into the seat tube. In fact, there is actually a fair amount ...

Re: Road Mini Pump

I timed the doubleshot inflating a 25 mm GP5000 to 70 psi. Just under 2 minutes. It's also only 83g and 115mm long. Fits in my Castelli mini saddle bag (the smallest one), and into that tiny 0.3l Cannondale bag. Impressed, given the usual 500 strokes and 5 minutes needed by the other mini pumps I'v...

Re: Road Mini Pump

This one works well for me: https://bbbcycling.com/uk_en/bmp-50-samurai They also have a very smart new one, although I've never used it! https://bbbcycling.com/uk_en/bmp-102-doubleshot Highly recommend the doubleshot. It is tiny, but will comfortably inflate a road tire to decent pressure much qui...
