My Orbea Alma 29er & Supersix Dale
Moderators: MrCurrieinahurry, maxim809, Moderator Team
Put this little toy together last night and already had my seasons first race today wasn't in best shape today as I was out of training for almost a month, but anyway XX1 is real joy to ride
yeah right!
Part list on the scales:
Double check:
This one came out quite light so I had to upgrade my roadie a bit as well to not get embarrassed
Added DA 7900 C24 wheelset and replaced gruppo with Sram's force '13. Cranks are untouched because I'm planing to get P2M cranks soon- probably Rotor 3df. Current weight is 7.4kg

I particularly like the Alma. I have ridden it and its a fast and enjoyable ride. This one is also very well built.

Do you ride it with this cap between the crown of the fork and the frame? looks strange!
I know earlier WC SID's came without this cap and made better transition between frame. I don't think it was removable so I installed my headsets crown race with proper angle for bearings on top of it.
Also I've seen some guys using O-rings to make transition look smoother:

Okay - just never seen it before. I wonder why they installed this cap?
