Took ages! (stanley blade / Sanding), Nice job though! I think 260g of paint was removed from the frame.

That's impressive!!

It's a shame that it voids the warranty though.

Oh, actually the frame cracked (happened ridiculously easily, :| ) and I got it repaired, so warranty was voided there and then! Also, the bb90 shell is ovalized a little, so the frame is on its way out!

I'm trying to think of a fix for that.. slightly wider bearings, anyone?

Loctite 603, 609, or similar would take up any space. Must use with Loctite primer for it to be effective on carbon.
Ages=three bottles of wine?

So instead of submitting the frame for warranty you voided it by having it fixed?

They wouldn't warranty it sadly! Very brittle around the chain stays.. thats for sure! I was cleaning the Frame, it was unweighted without wheels, and a gust of wind blew the frame over. It tapped a small rock on the chain stay - and then kaboom!)

Thanks man! i didn't expect it to be that easy! The wine's at my house are usually Saint Emillion, (Lovely place to ride a bike) or something else expensive from Bordeaux! Those bottle's in the picture look like the left overs from a party though!

Trek actually makes bearing w/ a sleeve for this issue. Your LBS can def help you w/ this.
