Hi all

I've got the above turbo trainer and was wondering, does it need calibrating every single ride to be relatively accurate?

Just seems a faff to do it every time especially if using it most days.

Thanks

When you check it every day, how far off is it? I have a Tacx and every time I check it the calibration is the same.

I've been checking it against my stages it doesn't seem far off actually!

I had a go on it today in both Bkool and then BigRingVR and I've noticed a delay, it can be up to 5 seconds by the looks of it and it makes the ride frustrating to say the least.

Is this a known problem and is there a known fix ?

I've got a Ant+ dongle which is on an extension quite close to the kicker.

These teething issues really make it hard to get using it for training.

Also at one point in Bkool simulator i was going like 25mph up hill something wasn't right, I tried ERG and still not right, after restarting it seemed a bit better but still too easy especially coming to a climb.

On the flip side with Big Ring VR the climbs were far too hard almost unrealistic, a 7 percent seemed more like an 11!

So all these issues are the kickr specific or related to software?
Should I enable or disable ERG in the wahoo kickr app ?

Thanks
