What are those? I can't find any information except that it comes on the CAADX.

they are a lower end model of shimano hydraulic brake/mech shifting levers. they are supposed to be "105" level. personally i think they look kind of funky compared to the RS685

Weird that they would put that on the caadx and sell it as an ultegra model, but have the SuperX 105/with the ultegra level shifters.

i think you are getting the name wrong - the '105' hydro shifter are RS505

some bikes i have seen speed as with them, are photographed with the 'ultegra' rs685 - guess there is a shortage in supply.

here is the 2016 synapse 105 disc with rs505. look a bit funkier that the rs685

Ah ! So It's probably a typo from Cannondale on the CAADX. Thanks for that Synapse pic !
