Colnago V3rs, SR9 stem.

Currently 2cm of spacers under stem. I would like to move 1cm of spacers from under to above stem.

Question: Can I do this without cutting and re-terminating the hydaulic brake lines? Anyone have experience with removing spacers for bikes with hidden hydraulic lines?

Thanks.

The SR9 spacers do not appear to be split spacers so, no, you can't do this without cutting the lines.

I think my spacers are 2 piece like these:

So if my spacers are 2 piece can i just move the spacers, slide the stem down and tighten stem down or do i need to disassemble everything, remove the fork and take 1cm from the brake lines?

If the spacers are actually 2 piece then, yeah, you can move them around as you please. The 1cm of extra slack this creates isn't much, you should be able to shove some extra hose back into the frame/fork, or it'll get taken up in the stem or handlebar. If it was a lot more extra slack, you'd possibly have to trim the hose.

There are two types of spacers - one piece and split.

Turns out I do have split spacers. Moved one of the 5mm spaces from under to on stop of stem. Simple task.

Will ride with this setup before taking out another 5mm spacer and seeing how much lower I want to go.
