Hm, maybe all the bars I've used have been excessively long, mostly Eastons and FSAs?

FSAs are pretty long too actually, yeah.

Maybe? I don't really think so but I guess it's possible. It felt fine on the tops/hoods.

I have a Pro PLT Ergo Carbon and the end of the bar does not seem short. However, there's such shortage of these that no one seems to have them in US for size 42cm width.

They look similar to the Vibe Evo integrated bar just without the stem. Have those rubber top covers too
