There is no need to use a compression ring which comes with the handlebar correct?
My Frame, Cervelo Soloist already has a compression / split ring included.

The compression ring that comes with the handlebar is designed to work with the lower transition piece. There's a notch/hole combo. So you might be better off with the supplied one.

thank you. the one supplied with the handlebar does not fit a cervelo soloist properly though.

Any more recent experiences with this bar?
Using it since 2022, It works perfectly with my Tarmac SL7, you just need to buy a 3D print spacer to get the best integration
Could you tell me where to find that spacer for Tarmac SL7? Any photo?

Anyone tried to use this One Pro handle with the new Cervelo Soloist?
You will need a 3d printed spacer for the One Pro handlebar with the new cervelo soloist
Can I ask how you know this and whether you know where the 3D printed spacer can be obtained? Thanks.

I had 38/120s on my training bike and snapped the right drop during a 1200w sprint, so can't really vouch for the QC on One Pros.
Is no one going to talk about this?
What do we think?

Bad luck? Or prior crash? I have one on my race bike and have hit 1500+ W multiple times. I like it. It's a fairly cheap Chinese cockpit. You get what you pay for.

The Soloist has a pretty standard top cap. Not sure what the bearing dimensions are but the included top cap and spacers might work. Maybe a different top bearing.
