Same here. I can get a 2022 Foil RC HMX Supersonic frameset right now for crazy cheap. I can't seem to get the new frameset or bike until at least mid-Summer and it's gonna cost a fortune. I really wanted the new HMX SL frame, but I'm gonna start looking into the 2022.
I got crazy lucky. Just after making the previous post my contact at Scott USA found me a '23 Foil Ultimate that was a display bike at a shop and had just been returned. I need to swap out every part on it besides the frame, fork, and headset to end up with the bike I want, but at least I got my hands on the frame I want in the color I like. I may have to live with the stock handlebar for a while until Syncros restocks 400×120*.
Good luck to the rest of you.

*Fingers crossed they start making 380×120!
Syncros only has 400x120 or 380x110 (75mm reach 125mm drop)
EXS aerover has 70mm reach and 125mm drop, but they make 380x120, 380x130, 380x140.
And Farsports F1 has an option for new Foil RC with 380x120. It has 75mm reach and 127mm drop.
Thanks. I'll look into these handlebars since I think the Syncros are unavailable right now.

Congrats! Do you have a photo of it? What's the stock group set and what will you swap it for?

Red AXS w/Zipp 454 NSW
I'm replacing the Zipps with Hyper D67s so I can use 25mm clinchers.
Repacing the groupset with DA9200 w/Red 22 crank because DA9000 w/Red 22 crank is what I've put on all my bikes for 10 years, so this is the most similar disc groupo.
A Hylix seatpost & ebay carbon saddle are replacing the heavier stock parts.
I expect it to come with a 400 or 410 × 110 handlebar/stem that I'll replace with 400×120.
LOL

Looks like the RC10 colourway?

For the saddle, I found the stock one heavy, and replaced it with a 5D which is more comfortable and 100g lighter

It's the 2023 Ultimate, also sold as the '23 HMX SL frameset. I think it's matte black, maybe almost nude like my '22 Spark HMX SL, but I'll get a better look in a week or so. I wanted the HMX SL frame and the 2024 is a gloss silver that I'm not fond of and probably weighs more.

Beaut! I'm also an avid Shimano fan so completely understand that switch.

Any weight goal in mind?

I already have a 5.5kg, non-aero rim brake bike. My previous aero bike was a 2016 rim brake built with a balance of light & aero (6.6kg), but was lost in the Lahaina fire. I explored building a similar replacement, but decided it would be easier to do something modern, and that means accepting a weight gain. With that mindset I'm not going to compromise the aero for weight (shallower wheels) and for now Claviculas seem unavailable, so I'm not gonna frustrate myself by trying to bring it under an arbitrary number. However, downsizing from a 60 to 58, getting the SL frame, and doing things like the Hylix seatpost, Red 22 crank, and twin 140 rotors should put it among the lightest disc aero bikes. I sure hope it can be 7kg. I'll post a photo & weight when it's done, hopefully in 2 weeks max.

Anyone who meanwhile has seen the 2024 saddle clamp / seat post and/or the "fix" for the 2023 line-up?

Is the seatpost comfortable enough to not just replace it with the Hylix?

The fix for seatpost creak is a rubber insert. But needs a new seatpost with some holes that secure it. I posted it some pages ago. It's still working for me.

Any suggestion for a integrated handlebar with a cap that fits nicely and correctly for the foil?
Because i cant find any Syncros aero in size 38cm by 130mm or 140mm

This Foil uses a 1" steerer, which is pretty unusual size, so you might not find any matching ones (or you might need to run 1 1/8" steerer handlebars with a shim)

Nothing but Syncros "parts" fit nicely with the MY23 Foil. And good luck finding those handlebars, which sucks. You will need special 3d printed spacers for it too look good with any other brand like Vision or Shimano Pro. Oh and the shim for the steerer tube. :(

EXS aerover has custom 3d printed top cover and spacers, and a shim for 1" steerer. And they do 38x130 and 38x140.

the EXS Aerover bar has been out of stock, in ALL sizes, for a long time now.
