Hello,
Bought 2nd hand barely ysed recon ti 11 sp cassette for campy, tried to put on my zonda c17 rear wheel, bet these massive rivets wont let the freehub turn.
Any ideas? Should i use some kind of spacer, or try to shave part of those rivets?

You can't put a spacer on it as it will likely be too wide to fit onto the cassette body on the wheel and you'll never get the cassette lockring to catch on the thread. You may find the smallest sprocket won't even go on. Can you not just send it back? If not then just probably just cut away at the rivets as you've nothing to lose there. Depends how much you need to take off to miss the spokes.

A used titanium cassette is a highly risky thing to be buying with a good chance you'd install it and find the chain skipping somewhere (I know from experience).
Just sell it before you do any damage and learn from your mistake.
