I looked into adapters and decided they'd make you bike look horrible, and possibly be a safety risk. I have two bikes with Campagnolo H11 shifters, one with Magura MT-8 calipers and the other with Magura MT-5 dual piston calipers. They work flawlessly with the levers.

I guess this is the most elegant solution. I have an opportunity to buy a H11 groupset for a really good price so I guess I should go for it. I will try this weekend the TRP Spyres with compresionless and good brake pads+XTR Disc. If it doesn't go ok(at least as my Bora AC3+ Campy SR brakes) I will buy the group.
Just to see if I go with adapters or Magura/Hope RX4 postmount.

Yes those don't look very nice.
We re not talking about PM to ISO though. The ASS brackets are Flat Mount on an PM frame.
Why would they be a saftey risk? Most PM Calipers need brackets on most Post Frames anyways.
It's safer sticking with Campy Calipers on Campy Levers I would have to guess. I have done RX4's and while they work fine - Campy Calipers work better.

True, the photo I shared shows ISO mount on the frame with an adapter to PM. My take is that all that bracket really changes the load path between the brake and the frame. Probably fine, but best if avoided.
Most brackets for PM frames are really "sturdy spacers" that don't change the load path at all.

I have a Felt Z2 disc bike (the frame is a normal Z with an added ISO mount) I carry an SLX caliper with ISO adapter to Postmount, and the operation is impeccable, nothing unusual is perceived in the braking .... I weigh 87-88 kgs.
I have another Felt FR disk, with 105 Flat calipers and I don't notice differences when braking due to the brake fixing system

Sorry to dig up an old thread - Did you use the Shimano version? Any issues there? I'm getting ready to set up one a pair of MT calipers on one of my bikes with H11 levers and Shimano banjos seem easier to find.
