One frame that does it all

Moneys tight so I'm tempted to go down to just one bike.
Currently have a 2013 Supersix hi mod SRAM red and Ultegra Ritte Crossberg.
Is there a light frame that doesn't break the bank with clearance for 32mm tyres, disc is fine but canti preferred so I can switch my SRAM red across.
Also it needs to be reasonably priced as going down to one bike is about saving money.
Any help or suggestion is much appreciated.
It's a tough decision as I love both my bikes but the Dale can only just take 25mm tyres.

Hoping to sell everything off I don't use make a little money back.
If I go caliper (not canti) I have lots of disc wheels and parts to sell. Likewise if I go Disc I have rim brake wheels to sell.

Looking potentially at a Caad12, 30mm tyres max but I can live with that.

You can always find something funny on the internet. Thanks for making me chuckle. Selling used bike stuff is a great way to turn dollars into pennies. All used bike stuff is worth much, much, much less than what you think its worth. Used cheap economy cars with manual transmissions and no air conditioning and no radio hold their value much better than used bike stuff.

The CAAD12 is a brand new current production bike. Its not a discontinued CAAD model. Your local bike shop is selling CAAD12 bikes today. Its the newest, latest, greatest Cannondale aluminum frame. You think you are going to sell a couple used bikes and buy a brand new bike? Where is the savings coming from?

There is some merit to 'one frame that does it all', to me it will be road & gravel.
One frame so that the contact points stay the same, as well as angles etc.
2 sets of disc-brake wheels 700C and 650B; 23mm and 32mm respectively yielding almost equal circumference/roll-out. Then it's just a matter of choosing the 700C for fast tarmac.

My idea of a bike that does it all is a lightweight climber that also descends like a pro (disc brakes?) and can hold a candle in the aero department.

I didn't even think about gravel. Rarely ride it...

32mm tyres holy crap. I'm here trying to think how to go to 25s.

I hope you find what you're looking for. This forum is very useful for that purpose...

If only aero disc brake bikes weren't so damn heavy!!!

Long drop caliper brakes, takes 32mm but is mostly ridden with 28mm tires, 7.1kg incl. pedals with the lightest wheelset.

I work in a bike shop, I got all of my stuff in close out with big discounts on top of that.
We sell Cannondale, I get the Caad12 frame at trade.

Just measured clearance on the Caad12 disc frame.
32mm tyres shouldn't be a problem. I may have to fit some to check.
Be a shame to get rid of my SRAM red, weightweenie bike though.

1.5mm clearance in the rear is not enough, you'll get tire rub. 28s would probably be fine though.
