removing logo from chain ring

has anyone removed logo's from etched chain rings... mine is qxl i wanna get rid of the labels..

I have QXL as well but ended up just leaving it as is. Most would suggest to just to paint over it

If they're etched then there's really no practical way

My suggestion is to paint over it. That's much more easy.

Can only paint. I run q rings and have done the same. Tape up the teeth. Use an etcher (comes in a spray can) to make the paint bond. Then a few thin coats of black paint and looks perfect. Lasts forever as the chain should never touch anything but the teeth.

Its hard to remove the logo. So it will be better to paint the logo.
