Underrated value paint stripped frame?

Maybe looking for a new project and looking for sub 800g after paint strip to look for, any suggestions?

The bike I would shoot for is a old R3 sl . Easily under 800grms and you should be able to pick a frame up for under a £1000. As far as I am aware the older ones [black with white logos] were made before they moved most of there production to Asia so you have a proper in house made bike.
A couple of WW posters have made some bonkers light WW bikes with the R3sl.
