I should have researched it before buying the stem but I got the Zipp Sprint Stem to hold my SWorks Aerofly bars. As you can see in the attached pic there is no space for an out front garmin/light mount on the bars as the stem is too thick.

Are there any options for me for this combo?

Type 9 or 19 mount depending on your garmin model. I'm using it for my sprint/sl-70 stem-bar, same problem. Use a small spacer (the nut that comes with tires will work) to take up the width of the stem plate.

I am researching for the same thing as well and fount Fetha mount. It is an Australia company but will ship their product anywhere. It is not cheap though even for the standard aluminum one. They also have an even fancier Titanium mount which cost roughly double the aluminum mount.

I am still waiting for my stem to arrive, would you mind to help me measure the distance between the two bolts of the Zipp Sprint stem faceplate please? This information is needed for Fetha to ship you the right mount.

Glue a popsicle stick to the bars in and glue the Garmin mount to that, paint the stick black for extra class.
