So, here is the question: Do I buy new 11 speed rings for my older 5 arm FSA K-Force 386 Evo cranks or swap out to a new Ultegra 6800 crankset?
I have a BB86 frame and would be running a new set of 386 ceramic bearings with the K-Force or a new Dura-Ace bottom bracket with the Ultegra cranks.
What is your opinion?
Keep FSA K Force 386 Evo Crankset or Swap for Ultegra 6800 Crankset?

If the FSA crank shift well, you should keep that and change chainrings.
