Hello fellow WWs

I am looking for a new Specialized Tarmac S-Works frameset and my LBS isn't an option (service, politics, supply, etc) so I some recommendations for trustworthy mail-order sources would be much appreciated. I don't care what country it comes from since shipping is cheap.

Also, it seems difficult to find accurate frameset weights for the 2015+ model, especially in a 56 or 58, but the numbers I've seen put it around 1200g bare (no BB or HS). Does that sound right?

You are not going to find specific frame weight unless you search in specific source http://www.tour-magazin.de/raeder/rennr ... 29965.html

Wow, I don't speak German, but they sure don't rate the Tarmac for aero!

My 52 Sworks SL5 is about 950g, no lighter than my SL4 Sworks.

It's no lightweight, that's for sure, but it's a great frameset.

I don't think you can get a single weight for this model.
The black will come in as lightest. Different paint options will all be different weights.

You're going to have a difficult time finding a new, legitimate, Tarmac mail order (esp if you want a warranty). Are you really that put off by your LBS? I'd suggest making some calls, placing an order with one within a reasonable distance, and driving over when it arrives.
