it's rare that a "whole" frame is made out of the same carbon throughout, so on first glance its easy to think one is "better" than the other, but unsurprisingly the manufacturers just pick the high points
How the fibers are actually glued together has a bigger bearing on the quality than a carbon "grade number".

ETT difference between FOIL and NK1K = 5мм, stock stem both 110mm at size M54. Think you don't need move to 90mm stem..

My size is S. Precisely those 5mm make the difference. Really, according to the biomechanical on the Mcipollini ideally I need a stem of 9.7mm so in the Foil 9.2mm.
This leaving the saddle in the correct position for me.

You could also look for a handlebar with shorter reach!

Yes that is right! Well, did you check the reach of that combo and not just stems length?
Same carbon, i wonder if any frame has one carbon only? I asked Gerard Vroomen what they use in UP.
He did not wish to expose what weaves, but told me he usually uses 4 different carbon weaves.
So i have seen most mentioning two. One only,.... i guess the Asian copy frames might do that!?

I think If the carbon fiber used is something to brag about, they would not hesitate to do this by declaring.
The reach of Specific integrated handlebar of Syncross is 80mm. The same considered from my biomeccanical.
The bad news is that for the size 42cm c/c they do only the size stem 10cm.
Furthermore, in the frame kit is included the handlebar but only in predetermined sizes and it is almost impossible ask this in a different size.
For example in the Kit frame size "S" is with a stem of 10cm.
So my choice is between Cipollini NK1K and Wilier Zero.6 but I prefer the Cipollini NK1K.
I think the choise is simple: if you are a lightweigh climber go for the Zero.6 otherwise Cipollini NK1K will be a better all rounder and certainly a much more exclusive frame.
Just go order it. You know you want it.
Ha! That should be a standard answer to a lot of questions on this forum.

My thoughts exactly. Don't know why OP bothered with the Scott option at all from start to end...

You should order what you want! I think most is saying that it seems you want the Cipo?
(May i ask you, what price are you getting on that frameset (if you order just a frameset?)
I am curious, if you don't wish to expose it here, maybe you can send a PM?)
Or you just skip ordering a new bike and wait until 2017.
