2015 Orbea Orca M20i or 2015 Cannondale SuperSix HM
Moderator: robbosmans
I'm looking for a second bike and have the opportunity to buy one of the bikes mentioned in the tittle for the same price. Both are new, Orca has Ultra Di2 no wheels and the Supersix HM has mechanical DA-11...I already have a SuperSix HM but in a different color.
Which bike would you choose? Both bikes are black matte.

Go for the Orca and buy new wheels, depending on what wheels you have on your current S6.

Had the 2008 Orca as my first road bike, and, while I've ridden several others (including the Cannondale), Orbea remained one of my favorites. It wasn't super special in any of the stiffness/comfort/agility departments, however, it just had the feeling of being a good solid race bike.
Orbea has gone a long way since then and, honestly, I don't really know whether for the better or not. But I'd say, choose Orbea, just for the fun of it especially if you already do have a SuperSix.

Minimum bike categories required in the stable:
Aero bike | GC bike | GC rim bike | Climbing bike | Climbing rim bike | Classics bike | Gravel bike | TT bike | Indoors bike

Orbea Orca is a quite good bike. Really comfortable, great geometry and aero enough. Never felt that it is not stiff enough, for my climber legs.
So I think you should try the Orca, and I am pretty sure that this will be your first bike pretty quick.
