I like to use Campagnolo cables, however it's been a while since I bought any. I can't remember which I bought last time - be it Powershift or Ultrashift. Is there a difference? Will they both work with my 2013 Centaur? i.e do I just get the cheapest?

Okay, so some retailers are selling them as "Campagnolo Ultra-Shift & Power-Shift Cable Set"

So maybe they're the same...?

There is only one cable type, works on all shifters.

The derailleur housing size was reduced in 2009, along with the introduction of the new shifter body design. Derailleur housing does not require ferrules at the shifter, just elsewhere on the frame.
There's sometimes a buggy.
How many drivers does a buggy have?

One.

So let's just say I'm drivin' this buggy...
and if you fix your attitude you can ride along with me.

Great, thanks a lot. I guess it's just a discrepancy in naming on various retail sites.
